It’s always a controversial issue talking about the latest best phone. Every other phone has its own unique features, giving customers options that can drive one crazy! But considering the overall performance and productivity, here are three phones which can be called as best phones.
iPhone 5s, HTC One and Galaxy S4
They say Apple fans always go with Apple products, no matter what products they bring out. But the truth is far from so. Apple has always come up with what may be called the best, and the iPhone 5s proves this again. What makes the iPhone 5s the best is its performance and Operating System.
This new iPhone has a 64 bit 1.3 GHz dual core processor (i.e. the A7 chip with the M7 co-processor chip) which enhances the ‘Moves apps’ and gaming performance. It allows the main processor to go to ‘sleep’ while running such apps, directly helping in saving those battery juices we care so much about. The smoothness while working is the iPhones specialty. It can be called as the fastest phone and technically – it never lags.
iOS 7 beats Android Jelly bean (running on almost all Android devices today) in every way. The perfectly designed iOS 7 has not only succeeded in pleasing the users, but also helped in boosting phone performance. iOS 7 is designed for simplicity and makes it a lot more different than previous versions of the operating system. But this OS seems instantly familiar when you start using it.

The new features include a fresh Graphical User Interface, Notification center, smart multitasking, Control center and Air drop for iOS, making iOS 7 truly ahead of its predecessors. From the perspective of an Operating System, iOS takes the crown. In fact, other Operating Systems seem to be ‘Not at all close to’ iOS 7! The most awaited ‘KITKAT’ will hardly pose any competition to the features in iOS 7.
But iOS is only half the story. Coming to Apple’s very own flagship, they’ve taken the iPhone 5s to a whole new level of privacy with the TouchID FingerPrint Scanner, making the phone a lot less vulnerable. Making payments has never been easier and unlocking the phone is now even simpler than ‘Slide to unlock’. The 8 mega pixel Rear Camera is more than enough and the photos look brilliant on the Retina Display. Compared with the HTC One or Galaxy S4, these phones win the Camera with 4 Ultra Pixel and 13 mega pixel. Still, the camera enhancements in new iPhone are way better than any other in the market today. The front camera is 1.2 mega pixel, but it’s really enough for FaceTime or Skype.
Talking about the performance, Apple is generally very modest with its specifications. Still, the benchmarks of iPhone 5s are the best while the HTC One and Galaxy S4 lag far behind. Some might argue that a 64 Bit processor is unnecessary (which may indeed be the fact), but in the end, when considering a Phone, what matters is its performance and productivity. iPhone meets this and hence it is the best phone. Other phones have better hardware specifications than iPhone 5s. They have twice the RAM and double the clock speed. But these Phones simply don’t perform as well as iPhone does.
Windows Phones perform well but have a lot of bugs.
So if you are ready to pay around 40K, then why not spend some more to get an iPhone?
Because if you’re spending 40k, might as well make every rupee count, right?
